Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy – Rapha Roots

 

At Rapha Roots, we offer subscription options to provide convenience and savings for customers who regularly purchase our products. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our herbal supplements, the following policies apply.

Subscription Orders – Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in a Rapha Roots subscription, you agree to automatic recurring billing based on the selected delivery schedule.

• Subscription orders are automatically billed according to the selected billing cycle.
• Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through their account or by contacting our support team.

If a subscription is canceled after a charge has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. The order that has already been processed will still be fulfilled.

Subscription Refund Policy

Due to the preparation and fulfillment involved in our products:

• All subscription charges are final once processed.
• We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that were not canceled before the renewal date.
• If a subscription charge has already been processed, the order will still be shipped and is not eligible for a refund.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.

Discounts, Promotions & Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing and promotional discounts are offered as a benefit for customers committing to recurring purchases.

• Orders placed using subscription pricing, promotional codes, or discounted offers are not eligible for refunds once processed.
• Customers may not enroll in a subscription or apply a promotional discount for the purpose of receiving a reduced price and then request a refund.
• If a subscription is canceled after a discounted or subscription-based charge has been processed, the cancellation will apply to future charges only. The processed order will not be refunded.

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout at the time of purchase.

  We are unable to retroactively apply discounts, promotions, or coupon codes once an order has been placed.

  Promotional emails or offers received after an order is placed are intended for future purchases and cannot be applied to previous orders.

Rapha Roots reserves the right to deny refund requests if discount abuse or misuse of subscription pricing is suspected.

Policy Agreement

By enrolling in a Rapha Roots subscription, you authorize Rapha Roots to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval selected during checkout until the subscription is canceled.

You acknowledge that subscription billing will continue unless canceled prior to the next renewal date.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact Rapha Roots directly to resolve any subscription billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription charge that was not canceled prior to the renewal date may result in:

• Suspension of future purchases
• Cancellation of active subscriptions
• Refusal of future service

Rapha Roots reserves the right to provide billing records, subscription authorization, and order confirmations to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.
