30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on purchases made directly through the Rapha Roots official website.
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of confirmed delivery, as indicated by carrier tracking.
- The 30-day period begins on the delivery date, not the order date
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund
To prevent misuse of this guarantee, only one refund per customer per product is permitted.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund request:
- The request must be submitted within the 30-day guarantee window
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refunds are limited to one opened product per customer
- Additional items must be unopened and sealed to qualify
Rapha Roots reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations:
- All supplements, herbs, and consumable products are non-returnable
- We do not accept physical returns of opened or used items
Refunds, when approved, may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Orders marked delivered by the carrier
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Misuse or failure to follow product instructions

Damaged or Defective Items

Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded if the item is no longer available.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Rapha Roots due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may choose to:
- Reship the order by covering a reshipping fee
Refunds are not issued for returned packages due to address errors.
Final Sale Policy
All Rapha Roots orders are considered final sale, except when they qualify under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or damaged item replacement policy.
Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
