Standard Orders
At Rapha Roots, we are committed to providing high-quality, naturally organic wellness products with efficient processing and shipping. Below are our policies to ensure a smooth experience for you.
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After your order is processed, additional time is required for packaging, shipping, and delivery. It is our priority to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders may ship at any time within this window and are not guaranteed to ship on the first business day. After shipment, delivery usually takes about 4–8 business days depending on the carrier.
Transit (Delivery) Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Delivery time begins after your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Business days are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination and are outside of our control.
Shipping Delays & Issues
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Rapha Roots is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Rapha Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempt, customers may choose to:
• Reship the order once the correct address is confirmed and the reshipping fee is paid
Refunds are not issued for returned packages.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, we kindly request that customers contact Rapha Roots as soon as possible so we can initiate an investigation with the appropriate carrier.
Investigation response times typically range from 2–6 business days, though this may vary depending on the carrier.
Once an outcome is reached, Rapha Roots will contact the customer to discuss the available next steps.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check:
• Around your delivery area
• With neighbors or household members
• With your apartment leasing office or mailroom
If the package still cannot be found, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review the shipment and determine the next steps.
Orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered may be reviewed and processed through our shipping protection provider when applicable.
Rapha Roots is not responsible for packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier; however, we will assist customers in submitting a claim with our shipping protection partner when applicable.
Rapha Roots reserves the right to verify delivery details with the carrier before approving any replacement shipment or claim.
Claims for missing packages must be reported within 5 days of delivery confirmation.
Final Sale & Reshipment Policy
All Rapha Roots orders are final sale.
Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order is returned to us due to delivery issues, we do not issue refunds, but we will gladly reship the order once the reshipping fee is covered.
We do this to remain sustainable as a small-batch brand, and we thank you for understanding.
